Q: When will my order ship?
A: All MeyJeyverse pieces are made with intention. Many are made to order, so please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing before your item is shipped. You'll receive a tracking link once it’s on its way.


Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! 🌍 Delivery times vary by country, and international orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.


Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Digital items, personalized art, sale pieces, and gift cards are non-refundable


Q: My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
A: Start by checking your tracking number sent via email. If it hasn’t moved in 15 business days or you need help, email us at themeyjey@gmail.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


Q: How do I contact you for custom orders, collaborations, or media inquiries?

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive offers, early access to new art, and secret discounts 🖤


Q: Are all pieces one of a kind?
A: Yes. Every painted piece, digital artwork, and print release is either one-of-a-kind or limited edition. When it’s gone, it’s gone for good.


Q: What’s the best way to care for my item?
A: For hand-painted items, avoid soaking or washing. Wipe gently with a dry or damp cloth. Store out of direct sunlight for color longevity.



📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel good about every order you place through MeyJeyverse. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.


🕒 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return if eligible.

📌 To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

The MeyJeyverse one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece of wearable art, due to the custom and artistic nature of every item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [themeyjey@gmail.com] with clear photos of the damage. If approved, a replacement or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.


Return Requirements (if applicable)

If a return is approved in writing:

Items must be returned in original condition and with tracking.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are only processed after the item is received and inspected.


Unauthorized Returns

We do not issue refunds for items sent back without prior approval, or for any item that is returned without tracking or proof of delivery.


Chargeback Fraud Notice

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback attempts with full documentation, including delivery confirmation, email records, and our published policies.

❗ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital products

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care/beauty goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us immediately upon delivery so we can fix it.


🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
Return the original and place a new order after approval.


💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Bank processing may take additional time.


🇪🇺 EU CUSTOMERS
If you are ordering from the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel/return any eligible item.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 


Shipping Times

All items ship from Norway within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time during peak periods or for international shipments.


Tracking

All packages are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


International Customers

Buyers outside of Norway are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. MeyJeyverse is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.


Failed Deliveries

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can resend it at the buyer’s expense.
